Trying to process Imminent.

Will review it here. Legitimate. Lue and family sacrificed a lot.

He's a hero.

Good use of the Poll Account! Seems to be pretty dead otherwise. Loved the poll question about Kim's non-appearance in Breaking Bad. (I would have voted for "disappeared by vacuum guy".)

Two points regarding Imminent

- his summary:
"This fight demands courage. It starts with talking. We can no longer stick our heads in the sand and pretend we are alone in the universe. We know we are not alone."

- Immaculate Constellation is a major censored background piece of the book, but now leaked to and confirmed by (2 sources) Michael Shellenberger - from allies of what Elizando is trying to do (public accountability, outrage that even the Gang of 8 is told to F Off).

"IC" function is this - at first sign a new and credible report of a UAP encounter, it can be sequestered and controlled with trustworthy chains of access, reporting, and materials analysis.

Best one yet with Lue. I started down this rabbit-hole a year ago after a major surgery and what I would call something of an 'encounter' that I can't explain to this day. The end - time. I would agree.

I had major spine surgery a year ago and the recovery involved lots of being still. Got really into meditating through the Monroe Institute Gateway tapes for ~2-3 hours a day. Started seeing what I would call 'orbs' that looked like bright misty smoke that would suck into itself and back out - hard to explain. Started having EXTREMELY lucid dreams. Started getting very poignant feedback from someone/something else. Nothing that I would consider 'bad', but it still scared me ****less.

I stopped after about 6-7 months and started experiencing what I would call 'hitch hiker' effects similar to what is described from others. Wasn't only me either. Affected my wife and kids.

I ended up talking deeply with my pastor and stopped the meditations as well as replacing them with prayer and meditating differently and it went away.

I would highly caution anybody that gets into the Hemisync process to be very careful about your intentions as I really do believe that it 'unlocks' per se a part of our brains to be much more open to what's really around us. I'm an engineer by trade and have always been a 'show me the evidence' type of individual. Experiencing what I did completely changed my mind on what reality truly is and I 100% believe there is more out there than what people believe. If anything, it has made me much stronger in my Christian conviction which is a good thing.

Took awhile. I really thought I was going psychotic or something else from the surgery.

When Spiderman talks about remote viewing, I do think now that's a very real thing. I no longer dismiss the 'woo' anymore when people talk about it. I also think there is definitely some 'field' that humans are able to tap into via their brains and can access this 'field' or whatever else you want to call it via techniques like hemisync. I also think some people are WAY better at it. Part of the lucid dreams I would have while meditating were like I was walking around and looking in places that looked 100% real to me. As fast as I would be there, I would go back to black. Seriously sobering.

Thanks for sharing your story.

If you don't mind me asking, I'm curious how your family was affected too? And I'd love to hear what your pastor had to say about this.

The remote viewing people say almost anyone can remote view just a question of putting in time and training which sounds like you did. Crazy stuff.

Extremely dark and cold thoughts. Would get hit out of left field with extreme thoughts of sadness. My wife and I have a fantastic marriage and her I began fighting like we never did before. My kids felt it too. Everything just felt like the world wanted me gone. Don't want to get much more into it.

Talked to my pastor about the feelings but not a whole lot about what I was doing with hemisync. He helped with scripture and praying. As my intentions to no longer allow whatever it was into my house, it went away.

I will never touch that stuff again.

The government document on the Hemisync stuff is so incredibly fascinating to me. I've always wanted to try it.

Not so much after hearing your story.

Thanks for sharing. Truly.

And for the record, I actually believe in remote viewing too. Just not the YouTube brand **** that Spyder posts, with that Skeletor-looking weirdo.

Remote viewing has been scientifically validated. BUT it's like playing basketball: every human alive can do some aspect of it, just by touching the ball, but the top 0.1% of us all are world class.

Also scientifically validated, though it's only started, is the extreme spookiness of quantum physics, where "connected" particles many distances away interact and react.

Praise God you discontinued those practices. There's a reason the Old Testament is very clear on staying away from practices as such. One is because they are real and secondly they are all rooted in evil practices that were never intended for us. The fallen provided the knowledge of such practices in order to corrupt and deceive humanity. Opening yourself up to these practices can leave you vulnerable to oppression and sometimes possession. IMO one of the main reasons Solomon fell, if you believe this or not, the Testament of Solomon is very interesting. Its not canon like the book of Enoch, but there's plenty there to add to the overall biblical narrative of how is wisdom came about and possibly how we as able to build the structures he did.

Pursue and desire the fruits of the spirit, by relying on those, all things in life can be endured with the help of Christ and the Holy Spirit. It all won't be easy but you will overcome.

I believe some of the things we see are demonic/spiritual in nature, but also will not put God into a box by thinking we are the only humanoid species he's ever created. Would be absolutely awesome if "aliens" were real and just another facet of his creation. Who knows.

And yet thousands of people have experienced all kinds benefits practicing the Hemi-Sync method, find it incredibly helpful/soothing, and have deemed it a highly positive experience in general. It's simply an advanced form of meditation, one that uses various sounds/frequencies to influence brainwave activity. The goal is to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain, potentially enhancing various states of consciousness, including relaxation and focused attention. Like most forms of mediation, prayer, psychoactive drugs, etc, the benefits and experiences vary from person to person, and yes, some people do come away with negative experiences from time to time.

But just because we don't fully understand something, or certain people react negatively, doesn't make that thing inherently "evil."

If you want to twist this subject to meet your religious beliefs, fine, go for it. What I push back on is A) stating your beliefs as fact, and then, more importantly, B) using those beliefs to negatively label and unnecessarily fear monger.

"… and secondly they are all rooted in evil practices that were never intended for us. The fallen provided the knowledge of such practices in order to corrupt and deceive humanity. Opening yourself up to these practices can leave you vulnerable to oppression and sometimes possession."

You simply can't prove this in any way, shape, or form. Your words may be true, or they may not be true. Same as I have no idea if this phenomenon is extraterrestrial, inter-dimensional, angels and demons, the Russians, the Chinese, us, or us from the future. I remain open to any possibility, and thus what you don't see me doing is picking one, stating it as fact, declaring it "evil," and then using that declaration as a means to try and scare people into believing what I believe.

So I just finished Imminent on audiobook.

What's everyone's read on Elizondo? None of what's in the book is anything new, especially for this thread, but I did find it really interesting to get a peek behind the curtain about how he wound up "working on UAP".

But the conclusion is of course unsatisfying. Elizondo takes the Grusch hearing and recent UAP legislation which compels disclosure to be major victories which, they are, but it's not like we've been shown the aliens.

It seems crazy to me the DOD consented to the release of the book. Only very few parts are redacted.

My read is that he's honest, heroic, and also loyal to the people / institutions - such as the Intel officer senior he retains affection for who went on to publish religious-based works for the Heritage Foundation ("Lue, its demons")

This jumbled mess is the fault of bureaucratic capture and the receding of democratic accountability, especially over budgets.

He's a positive figure, however, even if cooperating with obstruction by retaining loyalty (ie censorship review) because he and his family did legitimately suffer and sacrifice for some measure of truth.

I think Lue is well intentioned and is being truthful. I worry about the DOD okay'd info. Is he truly a whistleblower or just the pathway they chose for maintaining control over what gets out

I think it's important to view efforts like Imminent, the Grusch hearing, etc not through the lens of whether they've provided proof yet, or whether super-informed message board dwellers like ourselves have learned anything new with each book or interview.

Rather, so much of these efforts are first and foremost about acclimating the general public.

I go back to things like that Ronny Chieng interview with Elizondo on The Daily Show a few weeks back, where we saw Chieng's mind being blown in real time. Or, for instance, I was on a family trip in Nantucket in the days immediately following the Grusch hearing (which I watched live on the plane there), and while on the island, an hour off the east coast, standing in food lines, walking around, etc, I overheard three different conversations of regular-seeming folks talking about the hearing.

That's who this is for.

Granted, it's not like Elizondo, Grusch, etc, are purposely holding back proof, with plans to release it after X amount of people have been acclimated. Their hands are obviously tied in that regard. But until that proof is made public somehow, the "victories" for them, I imagine, are in spreading the word far and wide, de-stigmatizing the subject as much as possible, and in that sense they're doing an incredible job so far.
