How about this a-hole? I'm trying to remember another character on The Wire that I hated as much as him. None of the drug guys - they were just playing the game. Rawls was a d with a hard-on to bust Jimmy, but it was based on some truth, not a personal vendetta. Am I forgetting anyone? (Don't you dare say Ziggy, he was comic relief and a cautionary tale).
