Pretty awesome spectacle of a movie. Just technically an all-time incredible film.

I'm guessing they are going to continue this with Akira, Mr. Nobody, and Caine? Surely Wick's death wasn't a trick.

Besides people dancing in techno bars who can't seem to muster the awareness of people getting shot or axes in their heads right next to them while dancing, I continue to be amused at Wick's ability to jump out of an 8-10 story building (or higher) hit a bus or some other thing before he hits the ground and just gets up and walks away.

The dude must have Wolverine's skeleton.

My wife and I's third date was John Wick 2 and we managed to get family to watch our kiddos so we could see this tonight.

The arc scene to the house scene is just an extended stretch of pure joy and amazement.

Saw it last night and was NOT disappointed! Agree with most of the takes here. It was much better than 2 or 3.

The top-down perspective in that apartment fight scene did make me think of a video game, but it didn't take away from how awesome it was.

i cannot believe it took me this long to finally see JW4, but i finally caught it last night.

i was blown away. just a beautiful movie with amazing action set pieces.

while i agree they could have easily trimmed 30 minutes, it really didn't "feel" that long to me. i'll read through all the posts, but i'd imagine pretty much everything has already been discussed.

finally, the concierge death scene would have hit me regardless, but with reddick passing in real life, it really got me.

also, i saw the teaser trailer for The Continental series on Peacock....i'm all-in on learning more about the world, but the trailer was pretty meh.

i'm not familiar with the actor they cast for young winston, but playing a young version of ian mcshane would be a daunting task

Ok, watched the first one for real. It was good. Dont know why it didnt really stick, i guess i just saw the night club scene in passing one day and it was just not impressing me as anything standing out. Thanks for pointing me in. I'm sure i'll enjoy the rest.
