Just watched the trailer and it looks interesting. It has Jeff Bridges so I'll watch it no matter what.

I don't think I've seen such a collective jizz over a shows opening on this board before. I may have to check this out
Yep, i was scolding the dobies sprawled over me and the misses on the couch like a couple of lazy ass 'dupree's' about it.Apache said:
Also, Love those Rots!
An iconic pair of dogs right up there with the Doberman "Lads" on Magnum PI and the Belgian Mailnois of John Wick 3.
Maybe Blues Clues would be more your style. They get straight to the action.LMCane said:
first 20 minutes were so boring and uncomfortable I turned it off
More realistic than a 5'1" immigrant janitor absolutely annihilating a handful of highly trained and devoted karate black belts in their athletic prime with stunning ease. Also more realistic than any Bourne movie.aTmAg said:

1) No way would that chick be interested in such an an old geezer
2) No way could such an old geezer kick that much ass hand-to-hand.
But still entertaining.
She has also been done wrong by a man she thought she loved/trusted and in comes this charismatic interesting gentleman who will actually listen to what she says and take her seriously. And pick her up when she's feeling down. I don't think she's after him for the cheap sex as much as she just likes him.cbr said:
Lol you clearly lack much life experience. You must be out of your mind.
People hook up all the time and find connections throughout life
I can't think of the janitor you speak of.SB 43rd STREET OG said:More realistic than a 5'1" immigrant janitor completely absolutely annihilating a handful of highly trained and devoted karate black belts in their athletic prime with stunning ease. But I do hope he sticks mostly to guns going fwd. That is a far more realistic way to even the playing field.
Yep, he's a scrappy old man that was clearly a complete badass for most of his life. The point is mostly that he put's up a good fight, to the point of holding his own and impressing these operators sent to kill him, but his major advantage is how smart and well trained he is in combat...i.e. calling his dogs after getting his ass beat to get his captor to rush so that he doesn't put on his seat belt, or frisk for any weapons, giving himself a chance to free his legs, kick the guy and flip the car, and have his dogs take care of business.c-jags said:
we watched last night and really enjoyed it. i thought both fight sequences were appropriate for a man his age. the three fights were him being overpowered and outmatched and then being saved by the dogs or the element of surprise.
