Enjoyed the first episode. It feels like a modern-day The Next Generation. Each episode is self contained. It has an optimistic tone and reminds me of the original and TNG, rather than some of the more recent series.
You mean they don't have the same actress playing Number 1 and Chapel? Who's doing the computer voice?C@LAg said:
- Chapel sucked and looks like Billie Eilish's older sister.

Supposedly it'll be more episodic as opposed to serialized, which is oddly refreshing, as well as a throwback to Trek of old.

It's kinda the same thing. LBGTQABC+ will assimilate us all. You're either a Borg or a Borg ally, or you will be destroyed. Resistance is futile.Picard said:

There is that one episode of Short Treks where H. Jon Benjamin genetically engineers tribbles for food. It's worth a watch.javajaws said:
I just have one hope for this show: BBQ'd tribbles. They give me that and I can take all the woke they've got.

For only $4.99/month? I'd pay twice that for all the Paw Patrol I want! And I want alot.double aught said:
Well, it has all the Paw Patrol that you want, which either means nothing or a great deal.
True. ST was woke before woke was a thing. But back then, woke was just "controversial" not necessarily a bad thing.bobinator said:
Saying new star trek is too woke is hilarious. Star Trek has always been like the most "woke" show in existence.
it was absolutely utopian but in a good way.bobinator said:
