I can't tell. Are you telling me it's a dumb move, or a genius move? Because I've got to say it was genius. Most people would have just tossed that bird in the trash. Lloyd, however, finds the only person in town dumber than they are and makes some extra travelling money. I mean, seriously, that blind kid has to be the dumbest person in the movie. I don't care if you can't see, you should still notice all that tape:

Lloyd was the dumbest, mostly for lack of self-awareness. Harry seemed more blissfully dumb.

That being said, Lloyd Christmas was undoubtedly the coolest:
