That's Lalo in my opinion.
Lalo's voice imo, and it's not necessarily part of that lab scene. I think its the first thing he says when the show comes back and Saul and Kim are standing there in front of him while Howards brains are all over the floor and wall.

I 100% heard Mike when listening the first time, and even after seeing others say it could be Lalo I guess I would say I'm still 75% sure it's Mike's voice - but I can hear how it might be Lalo, a little I guess.
I assumed Mike would be talking to Lalo after capture, or perhaps to Kim after other **** goes down.
Pure fan speculation though, and I'm OK - maybe even prefer - if all my speculation is way off.

I just re-listened to it and I while I still do think its Lalo I can see how people could hear the very end of it and think its Mike maybe.
