If going with the "It's Kim" theory someone posted, I wonder why it would be OK for Francesca to answer? Is it some sort of check Kim does just to make sure Saul is alive? As in they painfully part ways, realizing they can't be together, but there is a specific time she calls each year just to check in and make sure he is still OK? And Francesca can confirm that on Jimmy's behalf?

I guess it could also be something Jimmy is setting up, where he will make the call? It doesn't sound like that though, it is said in a way that it was something pre-planned with another person.

This just reaffirms my strongly held belief that Kim will not die. She will either be disbarred & embarrassed professionally or locked up in prison.

Somebody on another thread made a good point that Howard had already been complaining to Cliff Mayne about Jimmy and Kim f'ing with him.

Now Howard ends up dead.

Do they disappear the body or try and make it look like a suicide?

And theres blood and brains all over their apartment.

I've heard her introduced on talk shows as Ree Seehorn. That's what I thought it was.
