I wonder if the phone call to Francesca on Nov 12th has something to do with Kim. Is there any other speculation on why he (or someone) is going to make a call to his secretary on his birthday.

I had a savings account with them around '07 that paid over 5%. Didn't realize how impressive that was then. Seems crazy now. ING was eventually bought by Capital One. I still have a little money in that account. I don't know what the rate is now; it's too low to even care about.

More pointless speculation. I keep coming back to November 12th at 3PM. It HAS to be Kim that is calling.
Lalo needs something from Jimmy. Maybe Lalo kidnaps and absconds with Kim to ensure he gets it from Jimmy? And this goes on for years, requiring Jimmy to permanently adopt the Saul Goodman persona? If he's a good little boy, he gets to talk to Kim once a year.

I also keep thinking of other shows like Narcos, The Bridge and even the Sicario movies where the CIA is in cahoots with the cartels. Could Lalo be working with the CIA in some way? However, this is now trope which would be out of place in the Gilliverse.
Did they even know they were going to do BCS at the time of that BB episode though? What episode does that interaction with Saul & Francesca take place? Trying to find that scene now and I am struggling. Or did they show that in Better Call Saul? I am so confused right now. Lol.
