I think you heard some snippets of what he was telling the counselor/therapist later, but I don't think it had any meaning.
I hate it and I love it. I hate waiting between episodes but I do enjoy the discussion about each episode and we are all at the same spot in the series. No one can get farther ahead than the rest of us.Stat Monitor Repairman said:

Am I nuts or did Howard mention a dream and then it cut to Jimmy taking the Jag? I don't recall him actually talking about the dream.
He starts talking about this guy holding what appears to be an airline ticket and then Howard looks up at the signs, but they are all in a language he can't understand (then they cut to the Jag in the lot).
They need to move this show to Sunday night.

Especially now that Winning Time is over. I totally agree, this is prestige TV and belongs on Sunday night so it can be discussed at the water cooler Monday morning. Oh well.
Tonight, surely we finally get to see what Lalo's up to. I hope so, at least.

I feel like this is a dumb question but Gus was checking out the lab, right? Mike said something about a tunnel so I was confused about it possibly being the tunnel between his house and the neighbor house where the surveillance team is set up.

I believe the bottom of the mount had the name of the company that created it. So I assume that is Lalo's next stop.aTmAg said:

With the few episodes remaining, felt like this episode was a wasted opportunity.
He didn't take it but he looked at the sticker on the bottom. It said "Love, your boys" so it was clearly a gift from Werner's workers. His wife told Lalo that he called them his boys.
I'm just guessing that somehow the slide rule will tie to Madrigal, so Lalo will go interrogate someone there. The whole episode, even before we see Lalo, was about Lalo - with the exception of the Howard/Jimmy scenes and Saul setting up shop. Everything else is about the fear of Lalo first, and then what Lalo is actually doing.

Bit of a slower episode once again, but man am I glad we finally know what Lalo's up to.
They just continue to kill it with the opens. My mind immediately went to Werner, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how it would connect. (Exactly why I love these cold opens.)

This episode was much better than last week's. Besides the McHamlin bit which was great, this was a good episode.
Placing my low stakes bet: Lalo finds that German worker that Mike punched. And that guy gives up the goods.

The boxing scene was kinda dumb. What I don't get is why Howard didn't ask exactly when Cliff supposedly saw him. I guess maybe he doesn't want to admit he's in therapy but that's an easy way to prove it was him that threw the hooker out of his car.

He had Werner on the phone when Mike found him at that resort. He got enough info directly from him.
