He died well.

Hurts to see nacho get put down like this
Great scene. I don't know if the part about putting Tio Hector in the wheelchair was planned, but it definitely helped sell the story because it was true. Hell, most of it was true.CoolAggie said:
That was some kick ass acting by Michael Mando. Nacho is definitely one of the most memorable characters in the BCS/BB universe. You could feel his internal anguish. That final call to his dad, damn that got me.

When he has the gun to Bolsa's head, Mike said "do it". Almost like they didn't put the zip tie on so the way so that Nacho could escape and kill Bolsa. But why would Gus want Bolsa dead?
What does Lalo do now? Does he have the same feeling he had after reviewing the construction Ziegler was allegedly working on? Outsmarted, despite his instincts? Is he forced to keep pretending he is dead for some reason? Does he show up to talk to Gene? Does Mike kill him soon?Infection_Ag11 said:Quote:
I'm now convinced that Lalo's proof is going to be Nacho
Of course it is, both Mike and Lalo himself tell you this.
I genuinely have no idea why this is a debate. The show tells you it's Nacho. It punches you in the fact with it.

Still unanswered - who was tailing Saul and Kim? PI hired by Hamlin or detective looking into Saul because of his relationship with Nacho/Tuco/Lalo?
I'm 98% sure the Nacho/Nacho's Dad storyline is done. Moving on.aTmAg said:
Nacho might have overdone it. The Salamancas may go after his dad in spite. Mike can't protect him 24/7. And it can't be known that Mike is protecting him at all.

Wasn't that just next week's preview? I didn't see them being tailed either last week or tonight.
I'm not sure. When Mike found the false ID for Nacho's dad in the safe, he deliberately put it away in his pocket like he thought he might need it later.Complete Idiot said:I'm 98% sure the Nacho/Nacho's Dad storyline is done. Moving on.aTmAg said:

I think the more obvious inference here is that Mike kept the ID so the Salamancas wouldn't find it when they broke into the safe, in the hopes it would keep him safe.torrid said:I'm not sure. Last scene of episode 2, after Kim and Saul leave the Kettlemans tax trailer, a car pulls out and follows them.
ETA pic.
I still think there's more to it. He didn't just remove it, but squirreled it away in his pocket like he though he might need it later. I can't say why, but it seems like an open plot point which will come into play.Teddy Perkins said:I think the more obvious inference here is that Mike kept the ID so the Salamancas wouldn't find it when they broke into the safe, in the hopes it would keep him safe.torrid said:I'm not sure. If they go after Nacho's dad now, then one or more of Hector, the twins, or Mike die. We know that doesn't happen. Nacho just ended it. This great death they gave him is also undermined and meaningless if that happens. He sacrificed himself for nothing. Not happening

The district attorneys office knows DeGuzman is Lalo. They know Saul slipped and called his client Lalo. Represented Tuco and other known associates. They are tailing him. Might not work for show but it seems they could discover Kim visited Lalo in jail as well.

We also know that doesn't happen because all of those characters are in Breaking Bad...
