I know a few people that need explosives, drugs, and violence to tolerate great storytelling. There has been less of it in BCS.
It boggles the mind they took TWO YEARS to drop s5 on Netflix. like, 1-2 weeks before the season premiere? what were they thinking???Brian Earl Spilner said:
The culprit is AMC. Nobody has cable anymore and sure as **** nobody has AMC+.
Guarantee if these were dropping on Netflix they would be massive.

Masterful Scene in its level of intellect 👌

in S5 Ep6, Gus met with Madrigal directors and offered them the new recipe:Spice Curls
This moment Triggered his thinking about Madrigal and Germany and that Lalo might be digging for some information in Germany 😏#BetterCallSaul pic.twitter.com/VkyrTlyDIb

Even the viewership of BB and BCS is like a mirror.
Our country of TV watchers sucks. They obviously don't know good TV and would rather watch jeopardy every day

I think AMC bears the blame for BCS's lack of popularity. They could have done such a better job marketing the show.

There is no way Lalo could scramble through that tiny window without making a bunch of noise. Just silly.
Why do several BB season 2 episodes have 0 viewers? That makes no sense. That a loss of data or something?Teddy Perkins said:

Whoever made the graph probably couldn't find data for them.aTmAg said:

You are right. I watched all the way until Season 5 on Netflix. I heard somewhere that Netflix and BB sorta saved each other.torrid said:Whoever made the graph probably couldn't find data for them.aTmAg said:

Also, I suspect way, way more people have watched BCS on Netflix than on AMC.
That was one of my all time favorite scenes in the BB/BCS universe considering the circumstances. Jesse Plemons was absolutely perfect for the Todd role.cr0wbar said:
I'll have to do a deep dive- but one of my favorites waS Todd singing Dr Hook's "Sharing the Night Together" in El Camino. I roll down my window every time in honor of Todd

I subscribed to AMC+ specifically to see the final season of BCS. I will cancel as soon as the season ends.aTmAg said:You are right. I watched all the way until Season 5 on Netflix. What if Howard's PI was somehow set up by Kim and Jimmy?AgTDub said:
Wonder if Howard's PI gets jacked by Mikes surveillance of Kim & Jimmy.

July 11th, I believe. Not too much of a gap.DG-Ag said:
When is 2nd half of season 6 supposed to start? Will there be a big gap?

Two episodes left in the first half. May 23rd is the first half finale.johnnyblaze36 said:Is there one or two episodes left for this first half?Teddy Perkins said:July 11th, I believe. Not too much of a gap.DG-Ag said:

Regarding BB vs BSC numbers, I know a lot of people that watched BB and then claimed BSC is just too slow for them and haven't gotten past the first season.
The funny thing is I thought a lot of the episodes in the first couple of seasons seemed like a slow grind but now I watch the new episodes every Monday and I feel like they fly by in about 15 minutes it's all so good.
I didn't care for it at first but it set up some incredible moments.aTmAg said:
I was not a fan of the Chuck electromagnetic condition. I was glad when he died and that was over forever. It has noticeably picked up after that, IMO.
I don't mean the arguing. That was the good part. I'm talking about living in aluminum foil house, being afraid of cell phones, and all that crap.500,000ags said:
I agree that storyline with Chuck was long-winded, but I think it's pretty realistic. Bunch of good/bad history between people that cannot ever get quite right.
After seeing how my parents bicker and fight with their siblings, I think it was spot on. There is caring and love, but resentment from things or disagreements that often happened as kids/teens. It just boils over in adulthood.
Just want to highlight that you are not the only one with that issue.Quote:
The stupid AMC+ app on my Roku will NOT stay logged in. I'll log in when the show starts, then halfway through the show it stops streaming and I half to log in again.
As Kim told Chuck, "You made him this way".torrid said:
I think the Chuck storyline was crucial for the evolution of Jimmy into Saul. Slippin' Jimmy would never have finished law school, even if by correspondence, had Chuck not taken him out of Chicago.
ABQ Jimmy as least TRIED to make an effort to be good, even if the deck was stacked against him. In fact now that I think about it, Chuck was a big part of of the deck being stacked against him. When Jimmy discovered that betrayal, it allowed him to quickly fall back into his con artist persona, only now with a law degree.
That's how you get Saul Goodman.
Of course, you also need to analyze the effect of Kim on Slippin' Jimmy/ABQ Jimmy/Saul.
