From the fairly early on episode "The Apartment", where they watch the NYC Marathon at someone's house

Jerry: "What's to see? A woman from Norway, a guy from Kenya, and 20,000 losers."

The episode where George entertains the execs from the Astros

The extreme deep cut baseball reference when Elaine and Kramer go to the game with her boss and Elaine wears the Orioles' cap.

Kramer screams out, "You better field it here, Charlie, cuz this ain't Philadelphia!", a reference to the time Charlie Hayes made 4 errors playing for the Phillies, a few years before he played for the Yankees.

Here is one of my favorite scenes with George and Jerry

George: Well, it's this little place with this little bathroom. It's like right there, you know, it's not even down a little hall or off in an alcove. You understand? There's no... buffer zone. So, we start to fool around, and it's the first time, and it's early in the going. And I begin to perceive this impending... intestinal requirement, whose needs are going to surpass by great lengths anything in the sexual realm. So I know I'm gonna have to stop. And as this is happening I'm thinking, even if I can somehow manage to momentarily... extricate myself from the proceedings and relieve this unstoppable force, I know that that bathroom is not gonna provide me with the privacy that I know I'm going to need.

Jerry: This could only happen to you.

George: So I finally stop and say, "Tatiana, I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I think it would be best if I left".

Jerry: You said this to her after.

George: No. During.
Jerry: Oh, boy.
George: Yeah.
Jerry: Wow! So...?

George: So I'm dressing and she's staring up at me, struggling to compute this unprecedented turn of events. I don't know what to say to reassure this woman, and worst of all, I don't have the time to say it. The only excuse she might possibly have accepted is if I told her I am in reality Batman, and I'm very sorry, I just saw the Bat-Signal.

That list is terrible. It ranks anything low that could be construed as "offensive" by modern day standards.

I've been waiting for some Zoomer generation idiot to catch the Rona, stay home and binge watch all nine seasons of Seinfeld on Netflix, and then put out a call for the cancel culture club (pun intended) to cancel Seinfeld, Larry David, and the rest of the cast for work they did in the 90's.

It would not surprise me at all.

Also, as I've been doing a rewatch myself I've been keeping a google doc for my own record keeping of my complete episode ranking. After each episode I slot in the ones I just watched into the list. Much easier this way with a simple "is it better than X episode?"

I just finished Season 5.

Good and nerdy approach!

I had forgotten how good some of those episodes were. There are some I didn't have the DVD for and some that just didn't get played much in syndication.
