Earlier in the thread, someone asked about Jamie's accent. It's a Manchester (Mancunian) accent. In Season 2, it became kind of an extreme caricature of it at times.
I'm not really familar with the Manc accent but listening to a podcast today that had Liam Gallagher on and he sounded just like Jamie and his dad.

I avoided this thread until we finished all the episodes. We finished them and I read all of this after watching all of season 1 and 2. For sure interesting to read after already seeing everything. It is a good read for someone to go back and start at the beginning.

How can you say that? The whole show is one redemption story after another. There is room for sorrow, but not spite.
