Presently in Chicago. I brought ultra boosts for my trip because of the walking. We've done 25+ miles in the past 4 days. I keep seeing people in dunks and Jordan 1s, and man I pity their feet.

Anyway, I went to the Nike flagship store today, and I was pretty disappointed. They had some iris 3s but I passed on them, as well as the dirty denim AM1s. Otherwise, it was pretty barren. There's a Stadium Goods around the corner, so going to check that out tomorrow. Lord knows I've spent too much money this trip, so it's a dodgey situation walking into a place like that. We'll see what they have that's reasonable, ha.

I wore some 1 mids when we went to downtown Denver, because I didn't expect to walk as much as we did. 8 miles in those had my feet hurting something fierce.

Grabbed some as well. My wife sent an alarm at 2:00 am to get them and ofcourse there were plenty available this morning. I have an older pair of laceless UltraBoosts that are freaking amazing as far as comfort.

Love my Terrex. They did me great when I broke them in on Colorado' four pass loop. Well, they didn't actually need breaking in since they're comfy and ready to go. Great buy.

It was stupid cheap on StockX. I think they retail for $225.

Same. I probably would have waited for a little bit longer but $150 to me wasn't bad for a pair of Ultras. Plus the last couple of A&M branded ultraboost shoes tend to sell out pretty quick in certain popular sizes. I wear an 11.5 in these, which is scarce enough as is, so I didnt want to take any chances.

I think people are going to be surprised at these 1s. After the heritages sat, I was pretty sure these were going to get "brick" status as well. However, I don't think people have looked at these closely, and in particular, the materials. I'm curious as to how the 100% goat leather feels/wears/creases. I also wonder how they would look with a black swoosh... I've been flirting with getting into sneaker customization.
