So conflicted. Those are really cool and (above all else) AVAILABLE, but those just don't jive w/ my feet like waffles/Pegasus/etc.

Is Team Red actually maroon?

I feel like I've been burned on thinking that in the past, but it was crimson (OU/Bama) red.

here's "team red" on the same page as "next to nature red"



My guess is that they are more red in direct sunlight than a true maroon, but close enough for our purposes. I'd probably swap in some white laces, though, because those mugs are definitely crimson. I wish I could see them up against the bordeaux AJ1s, which I think has a little more purple in it.

For what it's worth, they look closer to USCe "garnet" to me than anything.

Yea, I have been getting rid of stuff lately on ebay, stockx, and goat. Even quite a few slightly used pairs on goat. If I am not gonna wear it anymore I need to move it. Was able to donate quite a few gently used pairs recently too so I am glad they found a good home.

Sneaker Tuesday, because it's my last day of the week in the office. Also because my toe finally healed enough to be able to wear these.

My wife bought me these AirForce 1 Burnt Sunrise for work. Originally thought I wouldn't like them but after trying them on I grew to like them pretty quick. Only down side is they are heavy and remind me of my Doc Martens.

Nike provided this as one of the pairs that they purchased and turned out to be fake. Don't know about the other 3 pairs they bought or how many pairs they purchased to find 4 fakes.

Could definitely see this, especially with the volume they are processing. Probably don't have a ton of time per pair/transaction. They do have a tough job. I recently compared a rep Panda to a real one and honestly I couldn't find hardly and discrepancies. Black light came back legit on the glue. Box even had the green sticker and a serial number.

I could also see this as Nike putting on a facade to make us customers think they are looking out for our best interests

Treated myself to a pair of the Sun Club dunks. What's weird is that Stockx never said they shipped to Stockx. I was waiting on them to post that they had been shipped for inspection, but instead I just got that email. It's tricky since they are prerelease, but I decided to try again. I'm in love with the damned things and I believe the price is going to climb once they come out. I am nervous now, though. Especially because the price on Stockx is like $35 lower than GOAT.

I am digging this Lemon Drop AM90 set to release tomorrow....

Nike must really be pissed about the NFT thing because Stock X helping create hype with high dollar secondary market seems like a good thing for Nike's brand value.
