You might be confusing their regional drops/raffles for LA County compared to the online sale. I don't believe you have to register for anything for Union, but I've never been successful there someone else might know better.

My recollection is this:

• This page has info https://store.unionlosangeles.com/pages/passport-pack
• About an hour before the sale opens, the website will autoload all page a page like "unionlosangeles.com/password" or something to that effect
• If you try and refresh, it will refresh the password page even after the sale is open, so pro-tip 1 is to bookmark the normal union page and load that when the sale opens instead of refreshing
• When the sale opens, you will be able to select a shoe, and then go to captcha(s)
• After beating the captchas, you'll be placed in the queue. Every minute, the queue will refresh and tell you if your select is in stock or out of stock. Sometimes it flashes in and out, but for the most part, if it's out of stock, you're out of luck.
• Once you get through the queue, you'll be taken to a page where you can enter you shipping and billing info. If you're lucky, you'll be golden.

(Source, I've been screwed over twice on the pay page by Union, and this is same method Undefeated uses where I have been lucky and hit 3 different times on drops)

A couple of points on the captcha
(1) Computer is much easier and more reliable than the phone. The phone will glitch on you.
(2) The first captcha is usually a word puzzle of some kind (i.e., "What is the name of this colorway?" or something like that.
(3) The next captcha will require you to draw a box around something. Pro-tip 2 is to go slow and get it right on the first try. People who try and go quick miss a part of the thing (usually a plane or a cat), or they will draw too big of a box. You want to try and get just the thing and only the thing.

I like the blues better but I doubt I'd keep either if I got lucky enough to be drawn. That being said the purples will probably sell for more so I'll go for those.

I'm trying for the Argon's, too. I really liked the Pistachios, but I let them go to grab some other pairs. If I snag these, I think I'll definitely keep them.

Yeah, I think the pistachios were the best of the three. Captcha got me an L on those.

These are about to drop, any resell value in these?

Probably not a ton of resale value if any, and the pictures are deceiving imo. They had them both on SNKRS live yesterday. The mix and match patterns on the black look kinda funny to me on video. That said, the white/sail pair look damn good. Perfect for spring/summer. Love the sail swoosh under the white and the trim details.

After taxes and fees, you'll maybe get your money back. Not really worth it IMO.

Those off-white blazers are a different story, though.

Kind of related to the drop....

I have noticed a lot of folks at the gym lately lifting in blazers, especially mid/high. Guessing it has to do with the flat profile.

I swear nike has blocked my account from ever getting a pair of freaking shoes.
