Sambas have traditionally been a lot less cushy than Killshots/Cortez, but I haven't bought a pair in two years, so that may have changed.

I've got a pair of Samba Supers from last year, and they still fit the exact same way they always have.

What are some of your favorite non-major brand shoes?

For me: Macbeth. A lot of nice styles and comfortable too. I have probably had about 10 pairs overall. Sucks they are only in the Philipines at this point. Couple of my favorite pairs I've owned below.

I loved these. Bought a pair in the UK in 2008 and they ended up being too small. Mine are photo blue instead of green. Listed then on Stock X and had to have them add the sku since they were a single store exclusive. Still sitting in my shoe closet.

One difference is that Nike, Adidas, etc., allow and encourage the system to be gamed. They don't care about these resellers using bots. It creates more hype and demand. At the end of the day, whether it's one person buying a hundred pairs of shoes or a hundred people buying one pair of shoes each, Nike still makes the same amount of money.

Yeah...not cool at all. Jumpman is missing his torso and head plus turned green from gold. Found someone that can make the Jumpman logos so going to try to replace them on the 11s.

Yeah, I wore the payless XJ900s. Took it on the chin for those more than a few times. The only time I got expensive shoes, it was for these:



The Deion Sanders 96 Air Max DT. I loved those ugly ass shoes so much. Kept them for 20 years, and they finally fell apart one day while I was mowing the lawn. Sad day.
