How often do you change your acoustic and electric strings?

Not very often. The NYXL electric strings last a long time. The acoustic, when it starts sounding dull or losing intonation.
Been lurking on the thread for awhile. Started playing a little over a year ago and just pulled the trigger on something I've been looking at for awhile. A bit different than most on here but really in love with it. Taylor 614CE Builders Edition

Nevermind that multiple guitar gear YouTubers have been going on about how PRS put all of their SE models on discount recently except the Dave Grissom.

PRS announced it themselves. 20% off through the end of the year.
Got an offer for a trade on the purple PRS Singlecut of a Mesa Boogie Fillmore 50 and $300. I'm asking $1800 at this point. Looking around that $1500 for the Fillmore seems about mid range. I'm thinking that looks like a decent trade.
If it's an amp you really want. Amps are harder to sell than guitars.

It was Fuller's and they let me haggle a bit on it. It's a great bass and this is a long time coming. I'm not much of a collector so this is bass #2 in something like 17 years. Bass #1 is old trusty but it's a bit more modern. This thing has the sound.

I will say, I'm not the type to buy a new custom shop guitar. Those are running from $4,500-$5,500.
I bought my green tele for $3,200. That was probably a little higher than I could have maybe waited for, but I really wanted that one and had waited a long time.

That price is unheard of.
Yeah... great price if you really want one. However, doesn't seem to have great resellability. I really would buy it if I wasn't planning on buying a car soon.

I've had my eye on a Paoletti for a couple of years now. Have quite a bit of improvement with my playing before I can justify it though haha.

I pulled some voodoo and I've managed to work into a situation where I don't have to so long as it doesn't have to come from our account.
