i've got it for free through xfinity and i dont see any reason to actually pay for this. I can see premier league fans forking over money to catch their teams, but i am failing to see the draw. I get the studios no longer wanting to subsidize what are now competitors in Netflix and Amazon. I just dont see the market for all of these services now that studios are hoading their backlog. Outisde of disney, I cant think of a single studio that has an actual fanbase.
Agreed. I'll truly only watch my EPL team games if FREE on Peacock. I ain't paying for it. they have many still on NBC proper or NBCSN.
And I only have done free trials for thing like CBS AA.
I hate network shows anyway and have plenty to watch from Netflix, Hulu and Amazon content. Even just their original content is better than network TV.
I don't even pay for Apple TV+ only that I have it free for a year because I bought a phone a few months ago, and will likely have someone (wife, kids) upgrading a device often enough to continue to get it free. Otherwise I would not have it and have not watched much there anyway.
I'm also one of the few apparently not in the Disney+ camp - my kids are older and I own every Star Wars, Pixar and Marvel movie I care to see again. Nothing there for me. I did the free trial to binge Mandalorian after it was all available. At best I might do a month here or there to catch full seasons of a few shows like that down the road. Or just do another free trial on a another email. I have like 7 between work, wife and kids.
I also get HBO for free due to AT&T Unlimited cell plan.
I have my own digital movie library of 200+ films on Vudu and 90% are linked by movies anywhere to Fandango, Amazon, Apple TV and Google Play.
I got all I need.
Netflix
Hulu + Live TV
Amazon - included with prime
HBO - free with AT&T
Apple TV+ - free with device
Vudu/Movies anywhere library
