Lots of players talk about leaving, but few actually do. You could tell there was a change for Jordan at the time of his father's death.
Also there are not a lot of players who are at the top of their profession who have their father wind up going missing for 3 weeks, only to find him murdered. I can't think of one other than Jordan.
There is a difference.
