Season three is out. Getting great reviews across the board, too.

2 episodes into it and I am satisfied with the storyline and character motivations. Can't wait to start digging into it on here once people are given an acceptable amount of time to watch.

I had a flashback to the Truman Show when Wendy was standing there in episode 2 holding the 12 pack of Miller Lite perfectly placed.

Not sure I understood the point of the opening scene in episode 2.
Who's house was Wendy in at the end of Episode 1?

I just binged all 10 episodes in a row because I couldn't help myself and a few points without spoiling:
1) I thought this show would have been just fine ending after two seasons (I loved them) and I was way wrong.
2) Jason Bateman really is not only a great actor but a fantastic director.
3) Ruth is such a great character in this series and actress.
4) The dynamic between Marty and Wendy is phenomenal as usual.
5) The ending of episode 9 gave me a feel of "Not Charlie's Boat" From "LOST" for some reason but in a totally different way. Maybe it was the music but how tragic.
6) Could have done with just an implied sex scene between Wyatt and Darlene.
7) What kind of phony Wal Mart sells liquor in Tennessee or Missouri? Or is that the laws in those states?

Best season so far..IMO.

Liquor is sold in grocery stores and CVS/Walgreens/Rite Aid, in California.

That's the only thing I miss about living in LA
was expecting Uncle Ben to still be alive while watching episode 10, I just knew Marty had flipped the hitman somehow to save Ben. I thought that they cremated Frank Jr as the twist until Darlene shot his ***** off.

Couldn't agree more. I kind of dreaded him entering any scene, as it always inevitably became about him.
And it's kind of clear that he was introduced as a way for everything to fall apart for the Byrds. Seemed a bit lazy to me.
