This is a series, not a movie, just FYI. Already posted in the TV thread.

This week, the insane October movie month begins, which kicks off a three-month stretch to end the year of blockbusters and award hopefuls releasing every single week from now until Christmas; a stretch the likes of which we haven't come close to seeing since before the pandemic. Considering that we now have trailers for all but two of these titles (marked accordingly below), I figured it would help to put everything in one place, as a reference/guide of sorts, so bookmark this page if you want and I'll keep these updated. I know I/we/Vin Diesel claimed "movies are back" a few times over the past few months, but this time there's not a single gap or lull on the horizon, and a true return to normal is here. It's certainly going to be a fun three months at the theater...

I also want to add Licorice Pizza, Paul Thomas Anderson's next movie coming out this year. I saw a trailer here in Chicago over the weekend and got Boogie Nights vibes. Hope it gets released online soon so the hype train on that can really begin!

I'm buying anything PTA is selling! Looks like a fun movie with some young talent and Bradley Cooper bringing the heat!!!
That last shoot before the title, he looks just like Phillip Seymour Hoffman. And yes I know it's his son but it really looks like him there more so than the rest of the trailer.

I had it listed up there with a place holder, as it was one of the missing trailers I was referring to. Would never forget PTA. So glad the trailer's finally out, though, as I had only seen a crappy bootleg version up until now, recorded from one of the same screenings you attended (which sounded awesome). I just saw someone on Twitter refer to this as Boogie Days, which I thought was hilarious/perfect. Probably my second most anticipated movie for the remainder of the year. Cannot wait.

No Time To Die is tracking to do similar numbers to Venom next weekend domestically ($90-$100M), after a stellar international debut already.

It's not too late for WB to release Dune exclusively in theaters, and get that opening weekend number up even higher (they won't, though).

Either way, with everything else hitting this month, just like that we might very well be going from the all-time lows of the pandemic to an all-time record-breaking October.

Not sure whether this will be good, seems to be getting good early buzz.
Not sure who the target demo is either, but I would have loved to have been in the room when they discussed how men would react to a naked guy in a donut (red/pink with sprinkles of course) " in their promo picture. Sometimes I truly wonder how folks get the jobs they do.

Yeah, the poster makes it look like some kind of raunchy, late-'90s, American Pie-esque comedy. Doesn't match the vibe of the trailer at all.
