Makes zero difference to me. Peacock is one of the few streaming services I won't pay for and there's no way in hell I'm NOT seeing this on the biggest screen I can on opening night.

Why the hell would they do that, especially given how theaters are finally getting back on their feet.

Still, I don't think anyone who was going to watch this in theaters will pay for Peacock instead.

I needed more info....found this.

"Licorice Pizza" (previously thought to be titled "Soggy Bottom") is a coming-of-age movie set in the San Fernando Valley during the 1970s. The film finds Anderson returning to a similar setting as his breakthrough feature "Boogie Nights" (so it's no surprise he's attaching the trailer to a "Boogie Nights" screening in London). Cooper Hoffman, son of the late actor and frequent Anderson collaborator Phillip Seymour Hoffman, stars in the lead role. Plot specifics remain under wraps, but the film reportedly centers on Hoffman's character getting into acting as a teenager. The supporting cast includes Bradley Cooper, Alana Haim, and Benny Safdie.

Looking forward to this one. The last football movie the Erwin brothers directed was really well done (Woodlawn). They're not as well known, but I think know how to tell an inspirational story in an authentic way without it coming off like a Hallmark film.

Zachary Levi is the perfect fit for that role. Now I'm ready for Shazam 2...
