Favorite movie as a kid! Loved the music too.

Got my tickets for AMC IMAX friday night; then Dolby Cinema Saturday night. Northpark AMC Dallas. We live in Northeast Louisiana! Theaters here suck and that AMC is pretty special.

Loved the trailer. Love the POSTER!

The Force theme in this seemed a bit more reverent, if that's the word I'm looking for. Gave me chills. Visually it looks so damn good. Love seeing the Tantive IV, B-Wing, and Y-Wing (along with X-Wing) going after the Star Destroyer.

I'll have to watch the trailer many more times, I'm sure. But it's actually going to be pretty easy for me to largely forget that this is coming out, as I have a family trip to Walt Disney World Thanksgiving week to see, among other things, Galaxy's Edge. After that ... it'll be all TROS.

Well, I think the hype peaked at the force awakens trailers and then seeing it for the first time.

Lots of questions after this trailer... still frustrated that Luke will most likely be a side piece for the finale.

Can't wait till December.

I don't know how much he is/isn't in the movie. HOWEVER, I do know of one moment with him that will bring the house down. It gave me chills just reading about it. And honestly, that moment is all I need.

OH WELL THATS INTERTESTING...

Luke's compass he got from Emperors facility in Battlefront 2 and took with him to exile is on the falcons dash at the one minute mark....

Maybe that was a compass or device that led to the emperors fall back spot if he was killed or had to retreat?

So does C3PO merge with the falcon like that other robot did?

In the second picture where Rey and Kylo are breaking whatever it is, check out the door in the background. Isn't that very similar to the door Vader used in his little regeneration pod thing?

That one shot with Rey and Kylo looks like Bespin but it also kind of looks like Kamino.

Actually, I'm pretty confident that's Cloud City encased in ice. Some of those scenes with the white back drop (Kylo and Rey destroying that statue) and the wrecked room where Luke was sucked out of the window seems to point that way. Does Rey find out Kylo is her brother in the same place Luke found out Vader was dad?

Also notice that Kylo's helmet doesn't have all the red cracks in it.

The opening of the final trailer makes me think they should have named Ep IX Star Wars: Tomb Rey-der. What the hell with riding those animals on a star destroyer? That tweet sums up a lot of wtf. But it was a majestic trailer overall.

You guys remember that TROS sizzle real that played at D23, was leaked online, but never made it online officially? There was a shot of Kylo in that same white room opening a drawer to reveal Vader's helmet. And yeah, now it looks like it's on some kind of pedestal that he and Rey are destroying. No idea where that is, though. I'm just wondering how Vader's helmet ended up in a drawer there...
