Why is it only a 13 episode season and not a full season? I am happy to get 13 more, but would be even happier with 22-23.

Great stuff from Jake and Amy and a pretty soild wedding ep as far as sitcoms go. Im glad the show will live on but I would have been Ok with that as the series finale.

Just watched the final, great. So great. Had me laughing and moved to tears. And finally, classic Holt.

I watched the first 7 seasons a couple of years ago and loved them, been doing a rewatch and made it to season 8 today. Idk how I feel about it. Maybe being a couple years removed from the covid hoopla and the terrible George Floyd incident and fallout makes this season feel dated and kinda cringey. They did have a tough task of making a cop comedy show after all that.

That being said, my favorite parts of this show were from the Wuntch funeral when Rosa kept cracking up at Holt's zingers.
