And again, the previews show Brienne fighting. Almost certain somebody makes a move on Sansa or Bran, or Sansa orders Brienne to take somebody captive.

Avenging poor Pod. I'm pretty sure I saw him hit the ground in the preview.

The Tyrion as a Targ theory relies on another time after Cersi and Jaime's birth when Mad King and Tyrion's mom were in the same location.

I cannot remember the details, but her wedding night is not the only time he could have raped or had sex with her and conceived Tyrion.

And I doubt LF knows what Bran can do and see
Because Sansa's not going to tell anyone what Bran just said? Not going to interrogate LF to see if he's told anyone?

He will find out what Bran said, and being the sharp-minded fellow he is, will figure out real quick that Bran's presence is risky. Even ignoring all the Stark male lineage stuff.

He's going to figure out something about Bran, and in the end that's what finally gets him killed. Bran already knows what LF wants to do, and when the time comes Meera could easily put a frog spear in him. Her father saved Ned, and Meera saves Bran. Not making a hard prediction on that, but it's poetic.

It's spelled out in the books that the only other time Joanna and Aerys were in the same vicinity since the wedding was during the Anniversary Tourney in KL that was held to celebrate Aery's 10th year on the throne. Aerys insulted Joanna by asking her if nursing her children had ruined her breasts and that was that.

So unless the Mad King snuck to Casterly Rock to bone Joanna, it didn't happen.

I might be alone in this, but I think it would be extremely lame for Tyrion to be a Targaryen.

Episode 4 look ahead... snips

Longer clips:
-Dany whining to Jon
-Jamie and Bronn looking over army / gold
-Cersei and Braavosi discussion about debts

Then the quick hitting stuff... very interesting:
-Valyrion steel Cat's Paw being drawn from scabbard by (Littlefinger?)
-Jaimes army marching... okay
-Jon with torch in cave... okay
-Poderick falling down... ????
-Theon coming ashore... okay...
-Jon leading Dany and Misande into the tunnels hastily by torchlight... what's going on here? What did he find that requires a queen's attention? More eggs????......
-Littlefinger looking confused or caught off guard.... hmmmmm interesting, that's not normal
-Brienne bringing down her sword on something / someone... full combat mode
-Arya overlooking Winterfell on her horse on a hilltop
-Sansa looking through scrolls and ... unrolling her eyes? Discovering something?
-Dany flying Drogon swooping down on something

Since we're talking about next episode - I freeze framed each scene

For Jaime's d***'s sake, let's hope Cersei wiped all of the poison off her lips.

Could be another sparring session between the 2 of them.

However, here is a shot from the preview for next week:

99% chance that is Sansa learning something about LF that he's not going to enjoy.

Also, based on season trailers, and the next week trailer...Dothraki + Dragons (with Dany riding) are about to unleash some fury on Jaime and the rest of the Lanisters. Hope Bronn makes it out ok and is taken for a reunion with Tyrion (he was with Jaime and Tarly marching on Highgarden).

I thought it was interesting that someone finally started worrying about feeding people for the years long winter to come.

Also, you gotta' wonder what Jamie's thoughts were when he realized Tyrion didn't kill his son.

-White Walkers and Army of the Dead
-Arya

I think Jaime knew this already - which is why he let him go. But that led to Tywin being the victim of Patricide by Tyrion. So Jaime probably wasn't surprised that it wasn't Tyrion, but he was surprised it was Olenna. And he still is at odds with Tyrion over the death of their father (though probably understands why Tyrion did it, just doesn't condone it).

To me, Cersei should realize that Sansa & Tyrion didn't kill Joffrey; but she should still be mad at Tyrion for Tywin's death.

Of course, she will still never concede that Sansa is innocent.

Agreed, if only because it makes it seem that the whole story of GoT revolves around the Targaryens.

Yup, and that would alter the story in a weird way. Talk the Thrones discussed that last night.

*Sidebar: Talk the Thrones would be MUCH better with 95% more Mallory Rubin, and 100% less Andy Greenwald.

Kings Landings isn't too far from Dragon Stone. If Lady O could teleport home, the Horde can get to KL no worries.

Not sure on the character, but definitely a call back to when Cersei said if she was Queen they wouldn't have to hide their relationship

My personal theory: Bran did the creepy bit to remind Sansa of who sent her to Winterfell to marry Ramsey. She's going to find out what exactly Littlefinger and the Boltons were discussing when she was offered to them.

This was/is a big question for me. Yes, it was awesome the Olenna went out in style with a last f.u. to the Lannisters. However, does that really make a difference?

The only way I can see it mattering is if Jaime is pissed at Cersei for blaming Tyrion for Joffrey's death AND Cersei acknowledges that she knew it was not Tyrion from the beginning but blamed him anyways. So Jaime could legitimately be mad since Cersei blaming Tyrion basically led to Tyrion killing Tywin (after being imprisoned and escaping), which could lead to Jaime killing Cersei as everyone thinks will eventually happen. Again, all Cersei would have to do is deny she knew the truth and all this doesnt matter.

I guess we'll have to wait to see if it ends up being a big deal and why...

Considering Jaime's army is likely marching back toward King's Landing from Highgarden, I do wonder where the Dothraki are going to make landfall. They are closer to King's Landing right now, but I doubt very much they engage Jaime outside of King's Landing. It will be somewhere in the Reach.

One advantage Dany has right now is that a current guest is a former smuggler that knows just about everything there is to know about where to go in the South.

Why would the Dothraki go past KL and into the Reach? I would suspect the Dothraki will come at KL through Blackwater Bay and land just south of KL. That would be the only location that the Dothraki and Jamie would intersect as he is coming back to KL.

I don't know why, I'm just saying based on previews I don't think Jaime makes it back to King's Landing. They are currently marching back with a wagon train full of gold. The banker tells Cersei he'll only do something once he has the gold (I don't remember exactly). The Dothraki are shown fighting Lanister forces and Jaime charging through a burning field. Just doesn't add up to King's Landing for me.
