I think it's mostly an act and some Stuart Smalley type validation ***** She was just a kid, got raped by a man-horse dude, had her BFF try to get out of her friend zone, has had crazy visions, miscarried, placed her children on lockdown after they crisped some guy's kid... Its a lot. Still trying to figure it out as she goes, imo, and bravado is what she has to have to survive.

Random thought after rewatching S5 and 6: the Waif is the worst character in this show. They made her like Terminator, but she has the face and haircut of a 5th grader that reads nothing but Tolkien.

I think this is pretty close.

Disagree on Jamie. Redemption is a major theme here and Jamie's "honor is sh**" and he now cares about his honor because of Brienne. Jamie definitely dies sacrificing himself.

I can also see Varys dying. I think that he has actually proved at this point that he does in fact "serve the realm".

Yeah, I actually want to change my thoughts and move Jaimie to the dead group. He will likely die during or right after killing Cersei.

I still think Varys continues with the new king (Jon) as he has survived the previous ones.
