I just don't understand why they wouldn't use Krasinski.
Age I think.
He's too goofy and not nerdy enough to pull off "smartest man on the planet," imo. Even his Jack Ryan is a bit off for me. More action oriented, which I find to be good, but doesn't strike me as all that smart for the character.

I think Trevante Rhodes is the best replacement, and may actually be better in the role than Majors, IMHO.
John Boyega for Kang. Not only to make up for what they did to him in Star Wars, but because I legit believe he has it in him.
Also, I was really hoping those Diego Luna/Reed Richards rumors were true, but Driver will definitely do.

They could make the movie better in the process, then make a big to-do of re-releasing a new special edition in theaters and on Disney+. Take back the narrative and truly start fresh, from scratch, with a new actor in the role.

Honestly, just reshoot the council of the Kangs scene to have the Kangs be an assortment of actors.

You're reading WAY too much into a half-assed suggestion. I meant reshoot his part AND "make the movie better in the process." As in, fix whatever else people had problems with.
Well maybe I am, but how would replacing him contribute anything better to that movie? The second part of your half-assed suggestion would be where the improvement would come from; Majors was perfectly fine in his role IMO.TCTTS said:

I'm not saying replace him in order to make the movie better. I'm saying replace him for CONSISTENCY sake, so the same actor can play him in all of phase five. And THEN, while they're there, futzing around with the movie, they might as well fix some of the *other* things too, like the setup, Scott's motivation, etc, or whatever else people had a problem with. Personally, I liked the movie more than most, and had zero issues with Majors' performance, so I don't get what you're even harping on.
