I started a full MCU watch through last night. I plan to knock them all out before Captain Marvel.

I'm not surprised. I'm just pointing out that it's there. Just FYI and all.Fenrir said:
I'm confused as to why you would be surprised it's for sale or rent on Amazon for streaming.
Good planning on your part.fig96 said:Luckily we had our standup before I started watching I was also home as I was a bit under the weather so I wasn't planning on being too productive yesterday either way.Cinco Ranch Aggie said:I'm trying to imagine your next daily stand-up or status meeting, whatever y'all call it, where you update what you accomplished.Quote:

Man... they really don't promote these much anymore.
IIRC:
Jessica Jones S2 - one short trailer
Luke Cage S2 - two trailers
Iron Fist S2 - one trailer at Comic Con, not even on the front page of Netflix
Daredevil S3 - one trailer and one character intro trailer
Punisher S2 - one teaser, two weeks before release
Could be wrong but they don't seem to release very much marketing material anymore. Have an intern cut something together, at least.

Just rewatched IW. So many great one liners and quips that I missed the first time.

Kinda wish they has reused Immigrant Song.COAg15 said:
Rewatched IW last night. WHY didn't they use an epic song when Thor landed in Wakanda!

Thor : Only if I die.
Eitri : Yes. That's what... killing you means.
Winter Soldier remains right there at the top in a virtual tie with Infinity War, but I give Infinity War a slight nod since it was a badass payoff to many years of teasing what was to come. Winter Soldier, though, is still the movie most rooted in reality, with a familiar plot that has been told in similar, non-comic-based films like, say, Three Days of the Condor, something like that.fig96 said:
So after several great MCU films last year I found myself wondering if Winter Soldier is still the top of my list, so I fired it up tonight.
I was debating a bit until the elevator scene, but geez...blows me away every time. What a freakin' masterpiece of action filmmaking.

I was re-watching this and with this scene, did they make Thor the new toughest, strongest member of the Avengers? I guess they did so in Thor 3 but what I should be asking is, should Thir be the most OP member of the team?

Thor has always been the strongest and most badass
he either never realized his full potential, or he was nerfed by Odin, and that wore off once he died.bearamedic99 said:TexasAggie_02 said:

I go with this. He always thought his power was tied to his hammer. Once he realized that wasn't the case in Ragnarok he became unstoppable.TexasAggie_02 said:he either never realized his full potential, or he was nerfed by Odin, and that wore off once he died.bearamedic99 said:TexasAggie_02 said:
