It's weird if they added the asterisk months ago to a "they don't like the title" joke that only appeared in the second trailer. Surely it'll be more than that in the end.

Hasn't been a single good Marvel new release in awhile. Disney has beaten the horse dead. It's a shame they can't go back to what made Iron Man '08 so good. A good story where the heroics and superpowers came second to the narrative

Maybe there's a tribe of white wakandans that's been hidden for years. They're not getting along with the original wakandans and are having petty differences so Denzel is brought in to help both the white and black wakandans throw aside those differences and be great together.

Just saw commercial for Kraven The Hunter. Had no idea that was coming out. At this point, I'm on a mission to not know about any new movies coming out.
It's hopefully the last of this era of the ****ty Sony/Marvel movies. There will of course be more down the line, but outside of Spider-Man 4, there are no other announced Sony/Marvel projects on the horizon. With so many bombs the last few years, and the Venom trilogy now complete, at this point surely Sony tries a different strategy going forward.
Every time I see Aaron Taylor Johnson I think back 10 years to Godzilla coming out and TC angrily yelling into space "Stop trying to make Aaron Taylor Johnson happen!"

He was good in Bullet Train. Very intimidating in Nocturnal Animals. For a while it's like they tried to make him as generic as possible.
Yup, enjoyed him in Bullet Train (great cast overall in that one) and I have high hopes for 28 Years Later. He's got potential as an action star.

He's gotten a lot better since, but man he sucked in Godzilla. Just the most boring, vanilla part ever. I stand by my suggestion that the role needed some arrogance/charisma. Not unlike Will Smith in ID4. Maybe not that brash, but a spark in that direction.
I finally watched Godzilla this summer and I'm still kinda mad about it. Generic hero, cameras cutting away from Godzilla at every opportunity to follow complete strangers. It was an artistic decision and I get that but I think it was a bad call!
The high point of Godzilla was the trailer. So good.
Personally, I didn't mind the cutting away. I thought it was well done/effective, and they more than made up for it in the third act. IMO, the movie's mortal sin was unceremoniously killing Cranston's character halfway through. Keep him around, then recast his son/Taylor-Johnson's role, and it could have been close to an all-timer. Otherwise, I loved the overall vibe so much.
