Will Smith should be War Machine instead of Cuba Gooding Jr. Tommy Lee Jones or Bruce Willis as Nick Fury and Jim Carrey as Loki. Wesley Snipes would be a better Black Panther. Van Damme as the Winter Soldier.

Dropped around 56%, which is significantly more than both TFA (39%) and BP (44%).

Still doing great totals though. Domestically I do see it topping out above BP at ~$700M, but the percentage drops will need to level out a bit.

The worldwide is just nuts though. With China yet to open, I think $2B may be in play.

Edit: Adjusted down to $112M. Still second biggest slightly ahead of BP.

Still guessing around 750. Crazy good numbers.

Speaks well for them starting to take more "risks".

Are we ok to start discussing with spoilers in this thread? I had suggested today, but not sure if everyone agrees. To be safe, I'll use spoiler tags, but want to post this here since it's MCU related and not IW related.

How the hell are they going to market Spider-Man Homecoming 2? It's currently scheduled for July 2019, just a couple of months after Avengers 4.

So that basically leaves two options. 1. Market the movie on a regular schedule and spoil the fact that Spider-Man comes back, or 2. Wait to release the trailer after Avengers. Both ideas seem crazy though.

The only other possibility is marketing the movie and not showing Peter Parker. Maybe play it up as someone else taking up the mantle. Thoughts?

I can't imagine trying to market a new spidey show without Parker, but I guess they could do a "Where is Spiderman" as a setup?

Or maybe the movie takes place before IW?
