I've liked when the Inhumans have popped up in old Fantastic Four issues or Avengers crossovers, but I haven't been interested in checking them out in their own series. They don't really seem to fit in the MCU... mutants-lite but they'll never meet the Avengers or FF.

Still, I was willing to give it a shot, until I saw Iron Fist and realized that Scott Buck had the reins on this one too. Can't say I'm surprised one bit by any of this.

What's wild is that the pilot for Inhumans was released in IMAX theaters all over the country on September 1st. It even played here in B/CS. It was out there for anyone and everyone to experience.













And no one is talking about it. Not a single person posted on this thread that they saw it. Not one. That is a bad, bad, bad, bad sign.

Only thing I saw on this was the trailer, and I thought it was a movie. Shows you how good of a job they did marketing it

I love the MCU (I own all the movies on blu ray) and Agents of Shield is one of my favorite shows (I personally like it more than the Netflix shows.)

The only property that I was bored by/would rate rotten if I was a critic on Rotten Tomatoes was Iron Fist. All that being said, Inhumans looked so bad, they couldn't get one of their die hards to see it. I'll wait for the tv premiere (hopefully they announce that the Infinity War trailer will be attached), but I don't think this makes it past a season.

It just looked bad. Not interesting, or particularly well-acted. There was no real significance of the characters, and no real tie-in with any of the movies. I'd be shocked if there were a second season of it.

This was my beef with it. I'm not a huge comic book fan, and definitely not much beyond the Avengers and V-Men. Never heard of the Inhumans, and a show featuring a major character that doesn't speak seemed not interesting to me.

Airs on TV next Friday, but it had an IMAX 2-episode weekend run at the start of the month.

The reviews were hilarious(ly bad).
