Never really got behind these guys in WWE, granted I'm an occasional NXT watcher so didn't grow with them. That said, my understanding is they were very popular in NXT, so they should be in AEW as well.Sports-Ag said:

Looks like Tyson and Jericho will be a thing. Now that he's in shape and getting more media attention everyone wants him but AEW got him first. Tony Kahn must of showed him the money.
He worked with WWE a long time ago. I remember him being interviewed during a show, asking him who his favorite wrestler was, and he answered "Bruno Sammartino". He served as a special referee one year at Wrestlemania, IIRC.chris1515 said:Sports-Ag said:

On one of the episodes of Grilling with JR they discussed how Tyson was a huge wwf fan as a kid and could get into some pretty deep discussions of the angles and wrestlers he watched as a kid growing up in NY.
I've been watching old episodes of Nitro from 96. God Mongo was awful lolWolfpac 08 said:
No, that's just what they called themselves during the Mongo Era?itemid=10915037
stone cold vs Shawn Michaels. He was brought in to be impartial, joined DX, then screwed over HBK all in about a 1 month time frame. Back before Vince would Vince every storylineSACR said:He worked with WWE a long time ago. He botched 4 basic moves in 1 5 second clip. That's not awkward, it's just bad.toucan82 said:
I'm probably in the minority here, but I think the awkwardness makes it look more like a real fight. Much better than all the flips and crap you see nowadays
This reminds me of watching ZZ in season 5 of Tough Enough.Wolfpac 08 said:
What are you talking about?! This is wrestling 101
if it's not sasha vs Bayley in an old school evening gown match, I don't care anymore...but that could be the alcohol talkingtexaggierm said:
Interesting start to Smackdown.
I was very surprised by this angle. So far in recent memory, we've had on the show:hypeiv said:
Was it the Jeff Hardy angle? I don't watch WWE anymore but it made my news feed.
