Was this whole thing real or scripted? I assumed it was part of the plan, but news sources are treating it like this was a real controversy. Its hard to imagine Michelle got that upset for someone calling undertaker old.

He beat Jerry Lynn for the Light Heavyweight title in '01. Around the same time as his small singles push where he beat Triple H for the IC title.

I mean, one way to view it is "wow what a start! Jeff Hardy gets a belt!"

Another way is "so they debuted the 2 night superstar shake up by bringing over a champion to new show only to have him lose it and be buried in the mid card?"

I dunno, sort of weakens the whole shake up.

You could insert any 2 generic wrestlers into those roles and get the same outcome. They are completely expendable.

With all the people coming up from NXT, or coming back to WWE, who do you think is going to get released?

I agree that they are expendable, but I like both guys...Dallas more than Axel, though

I think Rhyno is about done again, and maybe Curt Hawkins, R-Truth, Goldust, plus a couple of guys from 205 live

I think Goldust transitions to a backstage role, though

I was thinking the same thing. Losing Kevin Owens and Zayn .. vs getting Joe and Big Cass .. yea I am liking this a lot.

Plus you have the best guy on the mic right now w/ the Miz ... plus they got Jeff Hardy .. another nice pick up.

R-Truth is awesome btw.. great comedy.
