Diego Luna on K2SO in Andor Season 2 per Entertainment Weekly

"You're going to see why K-2 is so important in Rogue One and how does he get to be such an important character for the Rebellion. I think people watching Rogue One, after watching season 2, are going to see a different film. Everything will be signified differently knowing what had to happen for K-2 to be there. It's going to make you witness the journey of Rogue One in a different way, I think. And not just with K-2, but with many other characters. I think it'll be really cool."


A confirmation of Mads Mikkelsen (Galen Erso) appearing at Star Wars Celebration Japan next spring is likely an off-the-record confirmation that his character will also be in Andor Season 2. Not much of a surprise since we known Director Krennic is confirmed for it.

This is going to be so much fun.

With the way they're telling the story for season two...

- covering the four years between Andor and Rogue One
- twelve episodes total
- one year in-story covering every three episodes

... we're basically about to get FOUR Rogue-One-quality Star Wars movies next year, with damn near all the major stars of both Andor and Rogue One appearing, save for Felicity Jones and a couple other relatively minor players.

In a perfect world, they'd obviously air each episode weekly, but then every four weeks, if we so choose, we should be able to watch each three-episode "movie" in theaters, with all three episodes edited together. Basically, make it a four-month, 16-week Andor extravaganza...

Week 01 - Episode 01 (Disney+)
Week 02 - Episode 02 (Disney+)
Week 03 - Episode 03 (Disney+)
Week 04 - MOVIE 1 (Theatrical)
Week 05 - Episode 04 (Disney+)

We just ditched Disney+.

It was time to re-up and they wanted to increase prices, and we haven't been watching it. The only thing I want to see on it in the future is Andor but I'll have to skip it until sometime in the future.

With Daredevil just getting announced that it'll air on Disney plus starting March 4th does that give any indication on when we might see Andor S2?

I was hoping for February but now it doesn't seem likely as these shows would overlap and they wouldn't want that….and also you'd think they would've announced a major show like Andor by now if it were coming out February with them announcing daredevil for March….

Looks like it'll be a May/June release at the earliest for Andor S2 then???? That's very disappointing….

You have to remember, Skeleton Crew premieres December 3rd, and Disney was never going to release two Star Wars series back-to-back. We've also known Daredevil was releasing in March for a while now, we just didn't have an exact date.

As of now, this is what the Star Wars/Marvel schedule is looking like...

They tide us over with a little Star Wars later this year/early next, followed by a big Marvel run - one highly anticipated series bookended by two blockbuster movies - then come back with some Star Wars again for a massive, 10-12-week summer run. That feels about right to me.

I REALLY want to make a Saja outfit (from the galactic starcruiser). They were approved for inclusion in the Rebel Legion this past year as well. So much of it is going to be sewing my own stuff which i've never done before so it's pretty intimidating.

I would suggest trying to find your local base (if you're in Texas it is Kessel Base which I am a member of) and see if they have any armor parties nearby where you can get some help or suggestions. I always get sewing help since I can barely cut a straight line on paper.

This came as a blank, white helmet. I got the decals designed from someone on Etsy that all my other pilots use, and then spray painted everything else myself. Hope to be completely done this weekend.

Every year after we go on Star Tours at HS, I stare longingly at this in the gift store.

I did the lightsaber build which was very much worth it. Also when I am getting bored and want to switch things up, you can use lightsabers for a work out routine. The Savi's Workshop ones are a little on the heavy side so I tend to use the training saber from the Galactic Starcruiser as it's a little better balanced.

Our 2 droids don't collect dust...but only bc I splurged on the special back packs.

I think there is enough passage of time between that 1st trip and the next time I go that I will be able to build a saber. Not sure I'll let the kids build one though.

I also thought about the x-wing helmet, but I can't convince myself that I can successfully pack it on the plane. Maybe we'll drive next time
