wow!

so apparently one of the perks of spending the extra $$$ on Star Wars Outlaws was to have access to the game 3 days early....which turns out that was completely pointless due to a game breaking bug that was so bad Ubisoft had to release a patch which once installed recommened to gamers to delete all their old game save files and start a brand new game....

good grief how did they screw this one up so bad....

I think it's making fun of Disney lawyers arguing some guy couldn't sue the parks for whatever injury he suffered on a ride because he agreed to whatever terms were in the D+ sign up

If I recall, they dropped that motion and are allowing the lawsuit to continue. I can't imagine it going very far though. Disney doesn't appear to have anything to do with the death. They just own the property where the restaurant is.

Yup. When the case went public, Disney PR overrode the lawyers and allowed the case to proceed.
