That must be why the actors reacted the way they did. And kept a freaking cookie for years instead of eating. Certainly not because it was so unbelievable that this could be given as a gift.
The actors can find it unbelievable that a cookie was given as a gift - AND - they could still have been given additional gifts. At the wrap party, in the mail, on the press junket, etc. The two things aren't mutually exclusive.

Kathleen Kennedy single-handedly wrote, directed and starred in the following productions: The Last Jedi, The Rise of Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Resistance, the Book of Boba Fett, and The Mandalorian Season 3.
Conversely, she was out of town / asleep and thus had nothing to do with the entire production of: The Force Awakens, Mandalorian Seasons 1 and 2, Ahsoka, the final season of Clone Wars, most of the Bad Batch, Andor Season 1, and Rogue One.
Once you understand this, you'll realize why she should be burned alive and then pissed on and then fed to a pack of wild gundarks.
