That's a harsh critique of Andor but I respect your opinion.YouBet said:
Worst character from one of the worst shows in Star Wars history in that picture.
RUMOR via THE HOT MIC podcast: Dave Filoni is getting his own STAR WARS movie tmrw, and furthermore, Lucasfilm is trying to codify the SW universe around the worlds that Filoni and Jon Favreau have created, which is why other movies and shows are being killed. Filoni = New Lucas.

They will team up; go through the dimensional doors that Ashoka and Ezra were in and they will pick a door and start a new timeline and then the ST never happened!TCTTS said:
I take it to mean more of an overall steward/glue guy. Not quite a Feige type, but more of James Gunn type; a creative who will help oversee the overall story/vision, but also someone who will write and direct when compelled, starting with whatever this new project is. Which, if I had to guess, MIGHT be some kind of Avengers-esque culmination movie that sees Mando, Bo, Ahsoka, etc all teaming up together. If they're shifting all of the focus to that particular time period/story, that's what would make the most sense to me, but who knows.

I'm here in London and #StarWarsCelebration starts in just a few hours. Here's what I'm expecting/hoping to see/learn in the next four days.https://t.co/rMkV65PO1q
Sorry, I meant that I don't want it to become a side plot. Should have been clearer.AliasMan02 said:
There wasn't a droid romance side plot. It was a one-off funny scene. Really just one or two lines.

They just played an intense teaser for season 2 of Andor. The cast says they hadn’t seen it until now. Lots of quick shots setting up a story that Gilroy says will bring the fight to the Empire. @andorofficial #swce#StarWarsCelebration #StarWarsCelebration2023 #StarWars

Leslye Headland describes #TheAcolyte as “Frozen meets Kill Bill” set between the High Republic and the beginning of the prequels
— Ash Crossan (@AshCrossan) April 7, 2023
THE ACOLYTE: show creator Leslye Headland says her original pitch was FROZEN meets KILL BILL. The show is set before the prequels in a time "when the bad guys are outnumbered. They are the underdogs." And it will feature a Wookie Jedi master, who is an original character.

High Republic on screen! Gold robes! Yellow lightsabers! The Force mixed with martial arts! Neimoidians! Aliens everywhere! I was gasping through the whole thing!
The Acolyte looks INCREDIBLE. Lots of Jedi lightsaber and martial arts action. It’s the earliest era we’ve seen on screen but looks and feels very Star Wars. #swce#StarWarsCelebration #StarWarsCelebration2023 #StarWars

First Acoyle footage was awesome. Carrie Anne Moss as a Jedi fighting with Amandla’s ninja looking character complete with face mask. Tons of Jedi, temples, final shot was like 8 jedi lighting up their sabers together. #StarWarsCelebration
— Germain Lussier (@GermainLussier) April 7, 2023
They just world premiere the first footage from #theacolyte and it looks awesome. Looks like #andor and not #TheMandalorian which makes me very happy. Footage had a TON of Jedi wielding lightsabers and practical sets. Cannot wait to watch this series. #StarWarsCelebration2023 pic.twitter.com/lAmZzBeMkU
