I'm cautiously optimistic for both Ahsoka and The Acolyte. Each sound like they've got legit great filmmakers aboard, attempting to tell unique, cinematic stories.

Yeah slight detour but that walk up to the throne is the peak of the whole season for me.

The walk has to be one of the most iconic visuals I can think of on film.
Initially you see him as the fool of a king he is. Weak ineffectual and just unworthy. And then he starts walking hobbling his way to the throne. And what was this joke of king was turns out to be one of the greatest moments of humility or regality

Interesting rumors regarding the Ahsoka series. My guess is that it starts just after the World between Worlds /Twilight of Apprentice episodes of Rebels. It'll connect the dots until the Rebels epilogue and I'm guessing will be her and Sabine Wren's early search for Ezra.
if they show a real Ahsoka trailer at Celebration, I sure hope it's on a Saturday, because I will not be able to work if it's on a weekday.

Getting her story post-Vader duel and post-Ezra retrieval is probably to confuse the **** of a lot of non-Rebels watchers. I know from a rumor posted that there is some trippy **** going on and I assume it's in that time period.

Confession: I have only watched about 2/3 of the first season of Rebels. I lost interest a bit at times but have been told it picks up in S2?

Yeah, the main storyline starts picking up pretty well.
You still haven't gotten to one of the best villains in all of Star Wars yet in that show
They basically stole the best part from Twilight of the Apprentice to try to save the Kenobi **** show. Think it cheapened the Rebels episode.

You could probably just watch episodes with Ashoka in them and be fine. There's bound to be a list out there.
