"A" villain or "The" villain? I hope that isn't a spoiler of sorts. I sorta assumed that Kylo Ren and the Serkis's character would lay the foundation and continue to be the main antagonists going forward. Obviously there are always multiple "villains" in each movie so he will probably be in addition to Kylo and Co.

I just don't want want it like the prequels when they give us an awesome villain (Darth Maul) and then decide to immediately kill him so we can have a new guy in the next movie. Only Lucas could take the bar none most awesome thing from Ep. I and literally thrown it down a hole to die!

But he didn't. It was one of the worst Clone Wars villains.

Kylo is apparently the Vader of the new trilogy, stretching over all three films. He won't be going anywhere. Maybe Serkis' character dies, though, and Benecio's replaces him? Or yeah, maybe he's just a new villain added to the mix. Either way, it doesn't sound like they're going the prequel route.

I mean Sure! He went after Solo for Jabba and Vader... but Solo DID skip out on a debt. Bounty Hunting is legal - even in the USA for such crimes.

With the new films coming out, the expanded universe that resurrected Fett from the Sarlacc pit should probably now be considered fan fiction. If he makes an appearance in the new films, then I'll buy into that argument.

Wow. I've always wanted to see someone really breakdown Abrams' style, and this guy does an incredible job. Just so cool and informative to see. Also, the narrator has kind of a weird delivery/voice, but his humor is pretty great. Actually laughed out loud a couple of times during this...
