It's supposed to be based on the real life story of an actress from 'Animal House' and 'Caddyshack' (Sarah Holcomb).

Sarah Holcomb plays the high-school girl in 'Animal House' who passes out while topless on top of Thomas Hulce's character.

She also plays the girlfriend of the high school guy in 'Caddyshack'

Apparently, she just acted in four movies and ended up becoming a victim of drugs et al while partying with the cast of her different movies.
