Outside of 15% into my 401k and ~$100/week into my Roth I prioritize $1000 into a HYSA. At the end of the month if my HYSA is over $12k I throw it into another S&P500 investment account. I still enjoy life and vacation 2-3 times a year with one vacation being international.
I make around $80k and engaged. Once we're married we will restructure.

We're in The Heights in Houston, we JUST bought our 1700 sqft remodeled sears home (2 bed 2 bath) for $560k... fianc just got a job offer we cant refuse out in NorCal.... so upset, but that's life. "
