I know the circumstances are not great but that's a beautiful drive when you get past Seattle traffic.
My wife got her Master's from the U of Washington and her brother still lives (somehow) in Seattle. The Washington State ferry to Bremerton and the drive to Port Angeles and out to LaPush are really spectacular. And lots of roadside gun ranges as well.
Highly recommend the route south out of Salt Lake City on I-15 then heading southeast to Moab on US 6 and 191. I like dealing with Albuquerque traffic rather than Denver traffic.

• Miss her like crazy but now that Ms Goofy's birthday has passed it's time for her to go keep dad in check

• IDK what's in store for this evening but probably nothing too crazy

New graphics card for his computer.

I'm not entirely sure myself. It's a video card which I'm going to use to work with AI on my personal PC. When AI takes over, I'm not sure if this card will turn on me or not.

I know Windows updates have probably already been infiltrated by AI, but I'm hoping that installing Linux from a thumb drive will give me back control of my PC, and that my GPU will work for me in the human struggle for survival.

• Gym done - a little later than usual. All the moms leave before 6:15
• Just enough rain to wet the concrete over night.
• Planted okra, cucumbers, and some cover crops right before a solid heavy shower
• Made tomato soup from scratch for our friend who just had neck fusion surgery

-mark all emails from IT as phishing
-harass the chat windows for my insurance and doctor's office to get me my test results
-two cheeseburgers and a muscle relaxer

• Exhausted.
• Up til 1AM dealing with flight issues for clients trying to get into CLL from ATL.
• Up at 5:45AM dealing with said issues again. Luckily they are en route to Dallas and things seem to be onbaord for DFW-CLL.
• 5 meetings done.
• Inhaling my lunch - Mess Chicken & Waffles, before my 1PM meeting.
• I have "no meetings" marked on my calendar later afternoon but no idea why.
• Travel work tonight.
• Maybe date night with hubs.

Do whats left of the day.

Did some chores around the house, mowed the back, cleaned the pool, and did some work. Showered and now I'm at Lupe Tortillas for a celebration beer and some lunch.

Prepping for the game and hosting our "home gate" tonight. Will have a beverage or two while I do that.

Texas, you guys need to reel this in. Saw this on Facebook this morning. Beautiful girl, beautiful but insane mum. This is so far out of hand!

My favorite was the Whataburger themed mum I saw when we were doing homecoming photos at Bush library when my son was a senior

My Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 Ti WINDFORCE OC 16G GPU showed up a little after 2 and has already been installed and NVIDIA drivers installed as well. It is so very fast to me.
