On a more mundane note, I picked up a new set of pots and pans today. Green Pan Paris Pro. My old ones are missing half the coating on them so it was time.

After 12-1/2 hours of driving 961 miles (not including rest stops) on 3 hours of sleep, I made it to Ogden, Utah, where the Northwestern State Demons are staying for their game against Weaver State tomorrow. One of the coaches immediately noticed my Aggie Ring and made a joke (is it, though?) about us spending more to fire coaches than hire them.

Idaho was just so much ... brown.

I was running 1-1/2 hours ahead of schedule today, and if tomorrow holds the same, I might spend the night in Amarillo.
