all of those alert programs need to die. There should also be no scenario in which a person cant opt out of receiving an alert for any reason.

Alerts turned off. They abused them a while back so I just turned them off.

When I have the phone on do not disturb, this is what happens. They still show up on the screen, but no sound and it doesn't light up.
