Quarterly bonuses are bad enough, I'd hate annual. Give it to me monthly or gtfo

I guess it just depends on the industry. 2/3 of my comp is bonus

Congrats on a terrible compensation structure.

Many if not most of the highest compensation jobs in the country have higher bonus income than salary.

Public co exec comp is at worst 50/50 salary to bonus with a significant equity portion on top. If your salary is the largest portion of your comp you're not making real money.

That's a personal question. I really don't think I'm comfortable answering it. Sorry.

Youre an idiot. Anyone in high finance who is mid-career or above is often making more in bonus than their salary.heavily intoxtricated said:GarlandAg2012 said:heavily intoxtricated said:FIDO*98* said:

That is totally unnecessary name-calling. Very rude.

when you say "bonus" do you mean [payment agreement that is not written and only promised by hr as a hiring tool...then nothing gets paid?]
PSA for all the youngbloods - take your own bonus by working half days and zoning out a few hours each day. take some TP home as well.
