Is there anything that tops Park City? 35 minute Uber ride from SLC, no I70 disaster, superior snow conditions over anything but Alta/snowbird, largest mountain in the US, not as frigid and high altitude as Colorado, no snowboard trash at deer valley.

My best skiing experience has been at Tahoe.
I love PC. but have been going to Breck the last few years. The blues and blacks at Breck are not as advanced as PC in my opinion. I'm an old.
Giving Beaver Creek a try in March.

Love Park City! Tore my MCL there last year because I was a dumbass, and I'm still itching to go back. Incidentally, their ski patrol staff is top notch.

Ski'd PC a few weeks ago for the first time.
It's good for all the reasons you mention. If I could do it again, I would've rented wider skis.
I still prefer Keystone as my go-to. But PC was a good change of pace.

Jackson Hole is at the top for me as far as major resorts are concerned. Snowbird isn't far behind, though.

I actually invented snowboarding. I don't want credit but, they keep givin it to me.
Telluride is the best I've been to. Even at peak season it wasn't as crowded as Breck. Haven't been to Utah yet.

Utah actually gets good snow because the systems dump there first as they move easterly.
Got into a lot of heavy powder at PC. But PC sucks on a board with heavy powder because it has lots of flat spots on and off the lifts. It was built before boarding was a thing and flat spots aren't so bad when you have poles.

If you fly in to Eagle (they just finished a huge remodel and it's really nice now) I don't think you can beat Vail / Beaver Creek. They offer so many terrain options with the back bowls it's easy to find empty areas on busy days. They have all high speed lifts and the huge snow shoeing area in Beaver Creek is an awesome change of pace from skiing or snowboarding.
