Standard topics in my area:

- Missing animals, including lots of posts about cats seen outside (cats like to roam... ok...?)

- "Please recommend a TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, and RELIABLE contractor for xyz"... as if folks might get confused and think that the request was for untrustworthy, dishonest, and unreliable individuals

- Any time any sort of suspicious behavior is mentioned... "OMG DID YOU REPORT TO POLICE?!"

- Pictures of cars that speed through school zones, followed up with replies of "OMG DON'T POST PICTURES OF LICENSE PLATES THATS A PRIVACY VIOLATION"
