How does the nude photo sending law work across state lines (what if the sender is sending from out of state or what if the recipient is out of state). How does the law apply in those situations?

It's more of a middle finger to mindless idiots. It also allows there public a better opportunity to defend themselves against criminals.

I also cut through parking lots, park in expectant mother spots, and take condiment packets from restaurants I don't intend to immediately use.
And because of this law they are now subject to the same consequences as ignoring a 30.06 sign.
21 to buy tobacco is stupid. So a 18 year old can sign up to fight for his county at 18 but he can't legelly buy a can of snuff or other forms of tobacco.

I saw active military are exempt but my opinion was more about it being a ridiculous law and how a special interest got this law passed
